Can I bring in my own item to be engraved?
Yes! We’re happy to engrave items you bring in, as long as the material is suitable for our machines. Contact us first so we can confirm compatibility.
Is there a character limit for engraving?
It depends on the size of the piece and the available space. We’ll work with you to make sure your message fits and looks great.
Do you charge extra for logos or artwork?
Simple logos are usually included, but custom or detailed artwork may have a small setup fee. We’ll confirm before starting.

Absolutely! Many schools, teams, and organizations order one style of award with personalized engraving for each recipient.
How long does it take to get trophies or awards made?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. Rush orders may be available — let us know your deadline and we’ll do our best.

Yes, we specialize in working with schools, clubs, and community organizations, and we offer local delivery to make the process easy.
