Welcome to Trophy Plus! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website www.trophyplus.ca and to any purchases made through either Trophy Plus or our custom design division, Secord Street Designs. By using this website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Trophy Plus is a locally owned business based in Dunnville, Ontario, Canada. We specialize in custom engraving for trophies, plaques, medals, awards, and corporate recognition products.

Our creative division, Secord Street Designs, offers more personalized and custom gift products such as drinkware, ornaments, apparel, and other unique items.

Orders can be placed online, in person, or by contacting us directly. 

For custom or personalized items, you will be asked to review and approve a proof or confirm order details before production begins.

It is your responsibility to ensure all order details (such as spelling, names, and dates) are correct. Trophy Plus and Secord Street Designs are not responsible for errors in customer-approved designs.

Because our products are made to order, custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a clear error on our part (e.g., engraving mistake, incorrect item).

We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy, but minor variations in material, colour, layout, or engraving depth may occur and are considered normal.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable sales taxes (e.g., HST).

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash, and Paypal. Business accounts may also qualify for invoicing.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

We primarily serve our local community in Dunnville, Ontario. 

Orders are available for local pickup at our shop by appointment only. If delivery or shipping is offered, estimated timelines will be provided during order confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake made by us (e.g., incorrect engraving, wrong item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review and, if appropriate, remake or refund the affected item.

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds cannot be completed for reasons such as:

• Customer-provided spelling errors

• Change of mind after production

• Minor design or material variations

All content on this website—including photos, logos, designs, text, and branding—belongs to Trophy Plus and Secord Street Designs unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Submit false orders or misleading information

• Attempt to interfere with our website’s functionality

• Upload any malicious or inappropriate content

We do our best to ensure accurate information and high-quality products, but we make no guarantees that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for:

• Website errors, technical issues, or downtime

• Minor variations in custom products.

• Delays in production or delivery beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
